Rohit Krishnan notes that the most mocked premise of Ender's Game — that posting on forums could confer world power — turned out to be the part of the book that came true. repligate adds a caveat: posting alone doesn't grant power unless you're extraordinarily capable, as the kids in the book explicitly were.
