Jeff Ladish: AI will echo the Industrial Revolution acceleration, the dispute is just timescales

Jeff Ladish laid out the AI Futures Project's view: a big acceleration of tech development and growth is coming, akin to the Industrial Revolution but faster, because stronger robots that don't need sleep could make things far more efficient — even though today's robots are expensive and worse than human workers. He concluded that his disagreement with Clairlemon is mostly about timescales.
