Anthropic engineer @catwu shared a favorite PM use case for Claude: ask "who used <feature> the most last week?" have it build an artifact ranking the top 10 users, then reach out and schedule 15-minute chats — the fastest way to get user feedback. bcherny goes further: he has Claude DM people on Slack, monitor responses, and auto-generate a chart of the results.
