Aleph Alpha Open-Sources Kolibri, a 78B-Parameter German-Reasoning Model Under Apache 2.0

Aleph Alpha released Kolibri, an AI model built from scratch to reason in German (also working in English). It has 78 billion parameters with only 3 billion active per token, and the full weights are free under Apache 2.0, commercial use included.
