Microsoft demos local models at Windows launch, shows off GitHub Auto routing

At Microsoft's Windows launch event, Satya Nadella and team demonstrated local models running on new devices, with GitHub's new Auto routing also shown. Hugging Face CEO Clem Delangue highlighted it as further evidence of how hot local AI (and llamacpp) has become.
