Deep Agents revamps Skills: tool binding, runtime pinning, and mid-thread hot reload

LangChain's Deep Agents overhauled its Skills system — folders of instructions, scripts, and reference files that teach agents domain knowledge, now the standard approach with shared skill registries across teams. New capabilities: bind tools to skills, pin skills at runtime, and hot-reload skills mid-thread, detailed in an accompanying article.
