HydraFusion to Route Coding Tasks to Local Compute; Microsoft Execution Containers Not GA Yet

At a Windows AI event, Microsoft and NVIDIA showed the "hybrid intelligence" vision: HydraFusion will route coding tasks to local compute. Pavan Davuluri walked through the Windows implementation including Agent containers, but Microsoft Execution Containers is not moving to GA on Windows 11.
