69% of Pitches Auto-Screened; Delaware C-Corp Is the Top Pass Reason
dunkhippo33 · x · 2026-10-08
Parts 3-4 of Hustle Fund's thread: 69% of pitches were screened out automatically (incorporation, valuation, non-full-time founders) without any human review; the remaining 31% were reviewed by AI plus a human in the loop.
The #1 pass reason was incorporation (47%): the fund only invests in Delaware C-corps and their Canadian and Singaporean equivalents — other structures are much trickier and costly for everyone.
