Chaining Minimax H3 scenes on a single RTX 3090: last frame in, first frame out
JScoobyCed · reddit · 2026-10-07
The author wanted to create 15-20 second short movies scene by scene on a single RTX 3090. Building on the default Minimax H3 template in ComfyUI with only base nodes, the workflow: generate the first scene, take its last frame, feed it as the first frame of the next sequence, then stitch everything in a frame node — repeatable for any number of scenes. Settings: 5 seconds per scene at 16fps for mobile audiences; a sample video took 30 minutes on the 3090. A paid workflow download is available on Patreon.
