Google Opens SynthID Detector to Everyone, Detects AI Content from OpenAI, NVIDIA and More

Google DeepMind has made its SynthID Detector watermark-detection tool available to everyone. Users can now check whether online content was generated with Google AI or tools from industry partners including OpenAI, NVIDIA, and Kakao, with Apple support coming soon. The move aims to improve transparency and provenance for AI-generated content.
