ASML tipped to ship 120-125 EUV tools in 2028 as capacity expansion accelerates

Analyst checks suggest ASML's capacity bottlenecks will ease further: 2027 low-NA EUV capacity could exceed 95 units, above current guidance of 85, with the supply chain already planning around higher shipment targets. 2026 EUV shipments are forecast at 70 units, with 2027/28 raised to 100/125 units.
