Dev observation: our AI outputs are becoming data packets passed agent-to-agent
aloncarmel · x · 2026-10-07
Israeli developer Alon Carmel shares how deep AI collaboration is changing his workflow: documents, presentations, and tickets produced with AI increasingly become just information packets handed to another agent.
He notes that much of this content is no longer written to be read by humans — and it shows. People are starting to see themselves as a protocol, knowing that everything they produce will anyway be discarded into some agent on the other side.
A firsthand observation of how agent workflows are reshaping who content is actually written for.
