VRChat shader computer now runs a limited browser alongside Doom

The author's VRChat fragment-shader RISC-V emulator now also has a "somewhat working" browser with minimal CSS. It has no real internet connection — pages can only be loaded via Udon, with no way to download or send data. The system, built by AI in a two-day optimization loop, already features a window manager and playable-speed Doom.
