DRAMA 1.0 launches: edit only the expression layer, swap 10 emotions in existing footage

The DRAMA team officially launched DRAMA 1.0, a cinematic expression-editing model. Instead of regenerating the scene, it targets only the expression layer of existing footage — changing emotion and dialing performance intensity while preserving identity, facial features, lighting, and camera angles, with 10 emotions available in one click.
According to the team, the proprietary model disentangles performance from identity and pose, and is designed to minimize visual drift and temporal artifacts so the original shot keeps its cinematic quality.
The pitch: creators can now shoot first and refine the performance later, so no shoot goes to waste — a potentially major shift in film and video production workflow.
