OpenAI's Phil Hedayatnia says dots in ChatGPT changed his day-to-day: on a 12-hour LA–Osaka flight with poor Wi-Fi, he chatted with his Dot and got effectively a full workday done — reviewing side events and prepping every meeting via messaging. Engineer Gabriel Chua adds he still guides every detail, but with saved context and much-improved agent harnesses and models, he can now hand off entire tasks and trust intern-level reliability — "it does feel pretty liberating."
