Cursor opens Origin App Marketplace: partner apps go live after review
tetsuoai · x · 2026-10-07
Cursor has opened its Origin App Marketplace to partner submissions. Developers build the app in their own namespace, set visibility to Public, record a 5-10 minute demo, and submit for review; once Cursor approves, the app is listed for every Origin team.
Apps flow through Private → Public → Listed. Public apps need at least one default scope and can already be installed by any Origin team via a direct clientid link before listing. Note that toggling an app back to Public after making it Private does not relist it — you must resubmit.
