Inception launches Mercury Decide on OpenRouter: free structured-decision model doing 14 decisions/sec
StefanoErmon · x · 2026-10-07
Inception's Mercury Decide is now live on OpenRouter as a free structured-decision model, billed as a Jev competitor with impressive benchmark scores.
- Uses a /v1/systemone schema: send a state plus typed questions and get a choice, score, or yes/no answer with calibrated probabilities taken directly from the model, so output tokens cost nothing
- Claims up to 14 decisions per second, 33K context, designed to run on every case and escalate uncertain ones to humans
- Currently free; retweeted by Stanford professor Stefano Ermon
