agent manager 0.40: Model Pickers Stay Current by Fetching Lists Directly from CLIs

agent manager, a local Go/tmux TUI for running multiple coding agents side by side, released v0.40 with per-session model and effort pickers. Model lists are fetched dynamically from each CLI, so new vendor models appear without an agent manager release. It also adds Antigravity CLI and Oh My Pi as built-in agents.
