OpenAI day 2 of 28-day shipping spree: free Auto-review, halved API tier threshold, Meetings plugin, Decisions API

Day two of OpenAI's promised 28-day shipping streak brought four updates:
- Free Auto-review: users logging in via ChatGPT can use Auto-review at no charge (previously it could eat 2%-10% of plan quota). An independent agent vets an executing agent's sandbox-boundary requests, blocking data exfiltration, destructive deletions, and untrusted code, cutting human-approval interruptions to 1/200 of manual mode—though OpenAI warns it can misjudge and isn't a safety guarantee.
- Simplified API tiers: five paid tiers collapse into Build, Launch, and Grow at $5/$100/$500 cumulative spend; the top-tier threshold drops from $1,000 to $500, with model prices unchanged.
- Meetings plugin: records meetings and generates personalized summaries and next steps saved to ChatGPTSpace; in testing for Pro and Business users on macOS.
- Decisions API public beta: powered by GPT-6Luna, it returns probabilities, choices, and scores for tasks like ticket triage and risk screening, up to 10x faster than Responses API for such tasks, priced at $0.10 per million input tokens with no output or caching fees.
