OpenAI releases 722 math papers from an internal frontier model, including a claimed quasi-Riemann proof

OpenAI officially released a broad batch of mathematical results produced by an unreleased internal frontier model — 722 papers, not the rumored 400, after consulting an independent advisory group at the Institute for Advanced Study. A highlight is result #003: a claimed proof of the quasi-Riemann hypothesis. OpenAI says the model attempted 4,000 problems, each averaging compute equivalent to three hours of ChatGPT Pro thinking. The repo openai/math includes preprints, Lean formalizations, and reasoning traces.
