This AGENTS.md makes Claude Code and Codex work like 10x engineers

The author shares a paste-ready AGENTS.md that Codex loads by default and Claude Code also picks up (when no CLAUDE.md exists). It has six sections: plan before changing code, make the smallest change, delegate to subagents, own bug fixes, verify before calling it done, and record every correction — each time you correct the agent it adds a rule matching your workflow. On Claude Code, install the official setup plugin (/plugin install claude-code-setup@claude-plugins-official) to scan your repo and get recommended hooks, skills and subagents.
