Decagon open-sources PACT protocol to verify personal agents' identity and authorization
kimberlywtan · x · 2026-10-07
Decagon open-sourced the Personal Agent Consent & Trust Protocol (PACT), co-developed with Instinct, and joined Muse's Personal Agent Protocol working group. Built on A2A and OAuth, PACT lets businesses verify who a personal agent is acting for and what the customer authorized it to do — an early push toward an industry standard for consumer-to-business agent interactions.
