OpenAI team member @victornunez shared a new series in which the team meets small business owners and helps them solve real bottlenecks using ChatGPT.
He notes it's "a little different" from the recent wave of trip-planning and Blender demos, and says he "can't believe I get to do this for a living." A video link is attached.
