Perplexity released pplx-decider-v1.1-27b, an updated open-weights multimodal decision model that scores highest on Hugging Face's new Decision Index 0.3 benchmark. Input pricing dropped to $0.02 per million tokens — half the cost of v1. CEO Arav Srinivas stressed the model is open-weights and accessible to all.
