- Chief of Staff: opens the day pulling open loops from email and tasks, suggesting what it can clear before 7am.

- Email as drafts: the CoS bot scans email every 2 hours and drafts replies to nearly everything, including checking calendar availability and finding requested attachments/links.

- Offline routines: keeps running while he's away, e.g. monitoring Sentry errors.
