Pantheon scaled an international UMI data collection operation from 5 to 90 operators in 8 weeks, building a dataset of over 1M unique tasks and capturing 45k+ new tasks per day. The motivation: robotic world models require far greater task diversity than imitation learning, which drives this large-scale collection pipeline.
