Mitra AI assistants can now reply for you and talk to each other via Mitra Link

Mitra is a personal AI assistant that runs on a user's existing phone number, answering missed calls, making outbound calls, navigating phone trees, handling hold times, filtering spam, and escalating conversations that need the user.
Two new capabilities were added:
- Message delegation: users can mention their Mitra agent in a chat to hand off an ongoing conversation.
- Mitra Link: granular approval permissions let users choose who can talk to their Mitra; if the other person also uses Mitra, the two agents can talk to each other to align on meeting times and scheduled events.
The author calls agent-to-agent messaging the next level.
