Nikita Bier: AI is capable enough — only non-coder adoption speed limits disruption

Replying to Josh Elman, X's Head of Product Nikita Bier argued that AI's disruption of all technical work is entirely a function of how fast non-coders adopt it. Post-Astra/Opus, he says, the models are already sufficiently capable; what remains is only a user experience and learning curve barrier.
