gaganghotra_ · x · 2026-10-06
xAI launched Grok Bot Guides, a set of practical playbooks for running AI teammates across functions:
- Marketing: six bots that research competitors, draft positioning in Google Docs, build Google Ads shells, and open PRs
- Sales/SDR: one chief-of-staff bot with account specialists, plus SDR outbound combining Cursor research packets and intake routines
- Recruiting/Legal/Support: interview scorecards, Slack triage and draft-then-human-send contract flows, connector-driven support queue coverage
- Engineering: a fleet of engineer bots closing feedback loops, six bots running a mobile game studio, and multi-team coordination via per-project channels plus Notion boards
- A template system shares bots as reusable recipes
The tip: have your main bot read the guides and recommend best practices for your own bots.
