Ben Goertzel's OmegaHive: seeding recursive self-improvement from agentic coding toward ASI
bengoertzel · x · 2026-10-06
At AGI-26, Ben Goertzel found many attendees already having agent hives fuse online papers into AGI codebases. His team is building OmegaHive: OmegaClaw loops wrap LLMs with Hyperon AtomSpace knowledge graphs for episodic/long-term memory and self-models; step 6 creates a super-colony of differentiated hives with cross-hive communication and shared symbolic knowledge stores. The core open problem remains the gap between components that work in small tests and production-grade systems.
