- Enter whatever is stressing you out that day (work, bills, deadlines, your ex…) as your opponent
- Pick a rage level (Mild / Heated / Crash out) and a weapon (bat, pipe, sledgehammer, etc.)
- Keep fighting until your problem's health bar hits zero — problem solved, at least virtually
