Scholars Push Back on Reported arXiv Submission Cap: "Repository of ALL Papers"
IgorCarron · x · 2026-10-06
A possible submission cap on arXiv is drawing pushback from researchers. If a cap is introduced, he asks, what site would replace arXiv as the central paper repository? Igor Carron voiced hard agreement.
