LLMs expanded the space of trivial results — publish fewer papers and call out paper mills

Reacting to discussions about paper limits at conferences and arXiv, the author argues for publishing fewer papers. Trivial results were always unpublishable, and thanks to LLMs the space of trivial results has grown much larger.
He calls for normalizing calling out paper mills as the fix, rather than quantity caps.
