Investor warns: don't start a personal agents startup without distribution or tier-1 capital access

Investor Vaibhav advises against launching a personal agents startup in the current flood of such companies unless at least one of these holds: (1) you already have large distribution; (2) you are legible to global tier-1 capital; (3) you have a massively differentiated team (which leads to #2).
Without these, he argues, you'll get caught in the Series A squeeze regardless of your traction numbers. In an earlier quoted post, he also discusses whether personal AI will end up as a hardware device — ring, earpiece, or glasses — and whether Apple or a brand-new SF startup is best positioned to win.
