After Five Years, MATHPETS Launches as a Language and IDE for Agent-Based Models
jessi_cata · x · 2026-10-06
Developer lumpenspace launched MATHPETS, a five-year side project now released as a programming language, IDE, runtime, and showcase built specifically for agent-based modeling.
The author argues the tool is more relevant than ever in an age of agent swarms and preference falsification. The demo video was one-shotted in 20 minutes by Claude Fab 5.1, with the prompts made public. Of interest to anyone working on complex-systems simulation or agent-oriented programming tools.
