kapa.ai MCP lets Claude build support agents, docs chat and RAG stacks via chat

kapa.ai launched a new MCP that pairs with Claude to assemble enterprise support systems through natural-language commands.
- Support agent: "index our Zendesk tickets from last year", "add a ticket deflector to our support form".
- Docs chat: "scrape our docs and help center", "put a chat widget on our docs".
- Retrieval stack: "index our Slack channels, Google Drive and docs in real-time" — or "replace our RAG pipeline with a single API call to kapa".
- Ask "what don't our docs answer?" and Claude opens a PR to fill the gaps.
The author tried it and found it fun; the MCP is currently free to try.
