Ridge CEO: Meta Muse could hit 200M downloads and reshape agentic commerce

Ridge CEO Sean Frank argues it's a great time for e-commerce:
- Platform shift: the move from legacy e-commerce to agentic commerce creates room for new brands, as with retail→online→Amazon before.
- Meta on offense: its new app ships with credit cards and purchase data — Reels already undid the iOS 14 damage, and better ad performance is coming.
- New SEO tied to spend: LLMs favor what's popular; big brands (say, 10M customers) get recommended more, and Meta's take-rate incentives will funnel traffic to greatest hits.
In a TBPN interview he added: Muse could reach 200M downloads, shopping will be a huge use case, Meta won't monetize soon — it wants in-app purchase conversions first — and lost iOS 14 data will return as better ad performance, giving big advertisers a head start in agentic commerce.
