A Reddit user released TheOne, a community plugin for DeepSeek Harness that solves context-mixing in a single chat window: you type everything in one box, and the plugin routes each message to a background session with its own per-project context, organizing old chats into a topic directory.
The author benchmarked it on 50 synthetic conversations (2,400 messages) of one person juggling 3-5 projects: 86.6% routing accuracy cold-start, 91.6% with known topics, versus 44.5% for dumping everything into one chat. Most common failure is opening new topics too eagerly. Total run cost about $1; data and code are open source. Not affiliated with DeepSeek.
