Neel Nanda, a member of Google DeepMind's GDM AGI Safety team, is recruiting a senior technical program manager to make the team as effective as possible and keep Google safer. Desired traits: handling intense ambiguity ("we're making AGI, things will get weird"), grasping big-picture technical concepts, being good with people (even AI researchers), staying calm under pressure, and genuinely wanting to reduce AGI x-risk. He later noted the listed 8 years of experience is not a hard requirement.
