Build an Internal Company Chatbot by Wiring Grok Bot to Slack and Your SOPs
alexcovo_eth · x · 2026-10-06
A practical recipe: put your team's FAQs/SOPs in Notion or Google Docs, tell Grok bot to connect to Slack/Notion/Google Drive (it handles everything except login), and create a Slack question channel where the bot reads each question, checks the SOPs, and answers. It works in reverse too — you can edit or add SOPs directly from Slack. Rule of thumb: any process done more than once needs an SOP.
