Dev ships free Cloudflare Worker that lets agents email you only when it matters

A developer built agent-notify, a small Cloudflare Worker that gives any agent exactly one tool: email me. Motivation: agents run everywhere and most notifications are noise, while the few that matter (a new lead, a failed backup) get buried in inboxes people don't check.
- The recipient address is fixed at deploy time, so the worker can only ever email you.
- Runs on your own free Cloudflare account and works with anything that speaks MCP or can send a web request.
