Dev shares semantic router results: guard model catches 87% of attacks
colinmcnamara · x · 2026-10-06
Developer Colin McNamara presented at AIMUG on semantic routing: not every request needs the biggest model. The approach addresses cost (most requests don't need the largest model), privacy (personal data caught before leaving the network), and security — his pattern guard caught 21% of attacks, and an additional guard model raised that to 87%.
