Inside Google's official cloud-developer plugin: 1,549 lines of Markdown that stop agents hallucinating gcloud commands

The author discovered Google now packages its product knowledge as agent plugins published on GitHub, installable via the Antigravity CLI (agy), and took the official google-cloud-developer plugin apart (it was already auto-installed in his Claude Code).
The plugin contains zero code:
- 5 skills: gcloud safety guardrails and syntax validation, querying official docs, fetching remote skills on demand, first-project onboarding, and credentials/ADC selection
- 1 routing rules table (30 lines) and 1 MCP server
- Just 1,549 lines of Markdown in total
The upshot: guardrails plus doc retrieval stop agents from hallucinating gcloud commands, and the plugin doubles as a replicable playbook for turning enterprise knowledge into agent skills.
