Claude Artifacts can now call your MCP connectors, pulling fresh data per viewer
matt_slotnick · x · 2026-10-06
Anthropic updated Claude Artifacts so they can invoke users' MCP connectors. Ask for a dashboard, share it with the team, and every viewer pulls fresh data through their own connections — no refresh jobs, no shared credentials, nothing to maintain.
Analysts note this is a significant step on Claude's road to owning enterprise data abstractions: these artifacts could become AI-native objects if Anthropic chooses to push them that way.
