Dev pitches 'Business in a Box': ship a whole AI agent company inside one Claude Code account
RileyRalmuto · x · 2026-10-06
An indie developer shared a product idea from a client e-commerce project: a Business in a Box — preloading a fresh Codex or Claude Code account with a complete business environment:
- Role-specific cloud agent teams (some agents local-only)
- A company SOP and shared 'constitution' all agents follow
- Shared knowledge base and database
- Mnemos as collective memory, with Mnemos ID managing every agent's identity/persona
The whole account ships inside an app: the client just installs and logs in, quarantined from the developer's personal account. Maintenance means signing in from your own machine. The author didn't build it but argues maintenance costs would be minimal compared to a similar project five years ago, saving clients from steep dev retainers.
