KCoral: Shared GPU Benchmark Environment Speeds Agentic Kernel Evaluation 2.58x on B200
BeidiChen · x · 2026-10-06
Kernel agents can already beat hand-tuned kernels, but scaling GPU evaluation remains hard and expensive. KCoral is a lightweight shared GPU benchmark environment for agentic kernel development:
- Agents write and revise code in their own workspaces; evaluation requests go to KCoral, which schedules a shared GPU pool and returns correctness and timing.
- Scales across multiple GPUs and nodes via a unified API endpoint, with per-request isolation at only milliseconds of overhead.
- By overlapping CPU compilation with GPU work across requests, it reaches 2.58x the throughput of sequential local execution on a single NVIDIA B200.
