Nolla Health says it has become the first organization in the US — possibly the world — to receive regulatory approval for an AI to issue initial prescriptions, making it the first true end-to-end AI doctor covering intake, diagnosis, and treatment.
Microbiologist Michael Mina amplified the news, arguing the move could change access to care in ways that are hard to comprehend.
