Prompting lesson: a Flappy Bird flop became great once the prompt supplied all needed inputs
maximelabonne · x · 2026-10-06
maximelabonne shares a prompting lesson: his first model-generated Flappy Bird was a disaster, but with better prompting that provided all the necessary inputs, the model became very good at it. Comparing image vs text inputs, he found images didn't help here — text already provided everything the model needed. All versions are playable on his d1 Playground.
