The author ran a small experiment: asking major models what teammate names to use in a product diagram. GPT suggested Maya, Alex, Jordan; Claude gave Maya, Jordan, Priya; Gemini said Alex, Maya, Sam; and Grok picked Alex, Jordan, Sam — heavily overlapping.
He argues this convergence "is happening to EVERYTHING," pointing to output homogenization across mainstream models driven by similar training data and values.
