School is mostly logistics — AI can finally separate learning from pacing

The author argues that much of schooling is really logistics: 30 students, one room, one teacher, one clock — so everyone gets the same lesson at roughly the same pace, a structure built around what one teacher could manage.
- AI now makes it possible to pull learning apart from logistics
- Done carelessly it becomes a cheating tool and a privacy problem; done well, it gives every student something close to a personal tutor
- Classrooms can return to what they're uniquely good at: arguing, collaborating, thinking out loud together — sharing a room no longer has to mean sharing a pace
